Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

We do our best to ship your package on the following working day, however please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way.

STORE PICKUP -  Not available

SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using An Post, Royal Mail or DHL - whichever option was chosen by the customer.

Please note: Buyer is responsible to cover any import taxes and Duties if they occur.

Shipping to UK estimated delivery time: 7 working days

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition with Original packaging, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and restocking fee 15% of the purchase value. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@utsumigrooming.ie with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
